This week has been a difficult week for me. My ribs keep bothering me, and also I have been stressed a lot this week. Because my week has been so hectic I decided to make my challenge probably my easiest ones…drinking water. I do not really drink that much water; however drinking about two bottles a day has helped me in a way. I feel more refreshed, and my throat feels soothed by it. This challenge was on page one number one on the website provided on my home page of my blog. Now I am not going to lie and hold back information from you. Yes, I have drunk a bottle or can of soda also. However, my headaches have not been as bad lately. I am going to keep trying to drink water every day. Ideally I would like to drink the reprimanded amount, but I will try my best and work my way up to it.
If you try this challenge it will help you a lot. Now it might be the easiest for most people to do. Especially; the ones that have busy schedules, and at least have enough time to chug down some bottles of water. This challenge also really helps you realize if you really do want to try to feel better with the decision of soda or water. Even if you are healthy and do not have anything wrong with you; it might be a great idea to still try this weekly challenge. Just think of it we are all made up of some water so it won’t hurt us. If you do try to drink more water I wish you all luck, and hope it helps you.

I really love the authentic voice of this blog. I think your work here is doing much to further awareness of your condition. Reading the personal side to the disease helps me understand it in ways that a purely informational source would not.
